Evidently I think this weed in the foreground is very important since it's tack sharp and the adorable family is blurry.  Don't take focusing lessons from me

The tale of the red balloon:  Avery became quite fond of this balloon and took it to Church with her.  While chewing on the attached ribbon, it went down her throat, causing her to gag and regurgitate the chocolate I had just given her.  No worries, it cleaned up nicely and no one even noticed me pulling a ribbon out of her throat.  But I did get rid of the balloon.

 This is my favorite Grandma job.

I Need Worms

These birds have built their nest right outside my front door.   They are down to four now.  Evidently the nest wasn't big enough for all of them.  And one of them got shoved out.  So sad.  I could post another dead bird photo but no.  If I was their mother I would fly away.  Those open mouths freak me out.    

She is very careful when applying lipstick.  And she's pretty accurate.  If only the baby birds would hold still she could give them a makeover.  

And mr. henry is just cool.
