Memorial Day

Oh this face.

When you get to be a teenager and it's hard for you to get up for seminary in the morning we will remind you of the days when sleep was a very low priority.

See what you've done to your poor father.  

And this is the face that will haunt Ember's dreams tonight.

Although this is also a scary face.

Seth has mastered the red carpet "over the shoulder" pose.  Soo cute.

The budding engineers mastered the roller coaster assembly and sharing.

It was a fun weekend.  Love all these goobers to death.  

Zoo Weekend

While the Menfolk played golf in Bandon we gathered in Portland to party.  Except for Shelly and family who live in another galaxy somewhere far far away. We are looking for a job for Erik in Finley so one day Finley can grow up and say her name is Finley and she is from Finley.  Plus, it's close.  I rented a 35 1.4 cameral lens to try out which I may or may not purchase.  Some examples of the lens results follow:

Ah, Seth.  I could follow him all day with a camera and never lack a photo op.  Here no one is noticing that he is polishing off a jar of pickles.  

 And then he's ready to go.  If only he could reach the gas pedal.

We rode the Max to the zoo.  Luke invented a handy dandy drinking device.
